Omnia Consulting LLC creates and distributes digital products including ebooks, guides, PDF resources, online courses, and other downloadable content. By purchasing or downloading any of our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2 - Digital products

Our digital products include, but are not limited to: ebooks, PDF guides, workbooks, audio files, video content, and online courses.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved unless explicitly stated.

Upon completing your purchase or opt-in, you will receive access to your product via email or a dedicated download page.

3 - Purchases and payments

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are in the currency indicated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card details.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable law.

7 - Refund policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless you have already accessed or downloaded the product, in which case the right of withdrawal no longer applies by your explicit consent.

Refund requests must be sent to info@omniaconsultingdigital.com within the applicable period. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
